                Job Description
                
                
                    
                        
	
		- 
			Garnish food properly according to Silver City standards.
 
	
	
		- 
			Follow opening, closing, and side work lists and duties as directed.
 
	
	
		- 
			Maintain health department standards.
 
	
	
		- 
			Ensure all orders are accurately and efficiently expedited to the tables.
 
	
	
		- 
			The Expo is organized in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient expediting.
 
	
	
		- 
			Maintain deep cleaning in assigned areas of the Expo and Restaurant.
 
	
	
		- 
			Report all equipment problems & maintenance issues to Managers.
 
	
	
		- 
			Assist the restocking and replenishment of all garnishes and supplies.
 
	
	
		- 
			Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the managers or immediate supervisor.
 
	
 
                    
                 
             
            
            
            
                Requirements
                
                
                    
                        
	
		- 
			Be able to communicate with and understand our your fellow crew members.
 
	
	
		- 
			1 year of High Volume experience or related restaurant work.
 
	
	
		- 
			Have working knowledge of restaurant operations and how to follow instructions.
 
	
	
		- 
			Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
 
	
	
		- 
			Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
