                Job Description
                
                
                    
                        
	
		- 
			
				Learn and Follow Silver City's Values and SOP's
		 
		- 
			
				Remove dirty plates, silverware & glassware from tables.
		 
		- 
			
				Between seating, promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booth seats.  Inspect floor and clean as required.  Reset and arrange tabletop.
		 
		- 
			
				Transport dirty dishware to dishwasher and place in designated areas.                                                 
		 
		- 
			
				Update table status using Spinnaker table management system.
		 
		- 
			
				Inspect restroom every 30 minutes, clean and re-stock as needed.
		 
		- 
			
				Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to a server or manager.
		 
		- 
			
				Communicate with servers and hosts to ensure efficient seating and table utilization.
		 
		- 
			
				Assist servers, expos and DMO's as needed during peak periods.
		 
		- 
			
				Ensure the dish area is organized and space is available for dirty dishware.
		 
		- 
			
				Thank guests as they are leaving.
		 
		- 
			
				Perform side work and cleaning at the start and end of each shift as required.
		 
		- 
			
				Fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, or as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
		 
	
 
	 
                    
                 
             
            
            
            
                Requirements
                
                
                    
                        
	
		- 
			
				No previous restaurant experience required but is preferred.
		 
		- 
			
				Be able to communicate with and understand our guests, crew members and management.
		 
		- 
			
				Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
		 
		- 
			
				Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
		 
		- 
			
				Possess the ability to successfully prioritize multiple requests and responsibilities.
		 
		- 
			
				Portray a warm, friendly and sincere disposition with a smile.
